Introduction

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. By using our site, services, and third-parties (“Services”) you consent to our privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.

Your privacy is very important to us. At C&R Compliance we have some fundamental principles that we follow:

  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

Website visitors

Like most website operators, C&R Compliance collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. C&R Compliance’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how C&R Compliance’s visitors use its website. From time to time, C&R Compliance may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

C&R Compliance also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments or sending us messages through a contact form. C&R Compliance only discloses logged in user and submitter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to C&R Compliance’s website choose to interact with C&R Compliance in ways that require C&R Compliance to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that C&R Compliance gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, visitors who are registering for a training event must provide their name and address in order to register. In each case, C&R Compliance collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with C&R Compliance. C&R Compliance does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

C&R Compliance may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, C&R Compliance may monitor the most popular pages on the site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. C&R Compliance may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, C&R Compliance does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

C&R Compliance discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on C&R Compliance’s behalf or to provide services available at C&R Compliance’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. C&R Compliance takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. C&R Compliance uses cookies to help C&R Compliance identify and track visitors, their usage of C&R Compliance website, and their website access preferences. Contact Form Submissions

C&R Compliance may store on its servers information submitted via contact form, such as general inquiries or event registration. Credit card information used to process payments on C&R Compliance is never stored on C&R Compliance servers.

Safety Manager App

When using Safety Manager you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a Safety Manager account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address.

Additional Information: You may provide us with additional information to help us better understand or service your needs this may include things information like the industry you serve and the tasks you use our services for

Location Information: You may choose to include location in your submissions.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, C&R Compliance may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in C&R Compliance’s sole discretion. C&R Compliance encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
